Love in the Year of the Tiger

"If you have love, you don't need to have anything else, and if you don't have it, it doesn't matter much what else you have." - Sir James M Barrie

"Where there is love there is life." - Mahatma Gandhi

Both these quotes are so true in EJ's home where there is no shortage of love with the eight handicapped and abandoned cats.

Inspite of the fact that all the cats are of different age, size, colour, breed and came to EJ's home at different times of their lives, they share and live together harmoniously with much love. And shows it!

Here are some show of love in EJ's home.

This is how Kenggy shows her love and affection.

Valentine's Day this year coincides with Chinese New Year, the year of the Tiger.

Well, in EJ's home, there are eight 'mini tigers'. The number eight in Chinese sounds very similar to the word for prosperity and wealth.

As Mahatma Gandhi said, "It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver"; on behalf of EJ and the 'eight mini tigers', Kenggy holds a red rose to wish everyone Good Health, Love, Happiness and Good Fortune.

I think it is wonderful that a home is being provided for these kitties and that it is full of love. How terrific they all get along. I wish I could say that was true of my cats.

They're all such sweet pictures. As much as the gang fusses at each other, there's always lots of displays of affection as well. It's so cool to see.

They are so adorable! Lovely, lovely! You asked if my Humpty is as big as his blood brother Thumper; he's about 13 pounds, so 3 pounds lighter. Also, he doesn't have a paunchy belly like Thumper. (sshhhh--don't tell I used that word.)

This is such a beautiful post with such sweet pictures. All of the cats are so beautiful.
How wonderful that there is so much love between all of them. They could teach humans a few lessons on getting along.
Every time I see the beautiful calico with part of her paws missing, I am so horrified that someone could do such a horrible thing to an innocent animal.

Bless you for caring and loving them all.

Iris

Re the Abba, in fact I am like you all the singers you mentioned I like too ! But this Abba show made me really curious and it was worthwhile !
I have seen Cliff Richard years ago at the same concert hall and also Elton John.
