Head Bonking


Cats show their affection in many ways. One of them is using their heads to butt you.

The cats headbonk EJ a lot. At times EJ would go down on the knees to their level to headbonk back. There were times the cats would retreat and stare at EJ in shock. Soon EJ realised that hair was poking in the cats' faces.

So now EJ handholds the hair back to return the cats' headbonks. No more death stares from the cats!

    Nicki's a big-time head-butter too. I absolutely have to get down to his level, if there's nothing handy for him to jump on to get to mine, and we absolutely must butt heads and rub all over each other. He gets frantic, sometimes, if he can't do that with me. Silly cat. :-)

    This is so sweet! None of my cats headbutt each other. Lucy likes to give more of a head tap to me but I had a kitty years ago who like to headbutt very fiercely. I just adore these pictures!

    Tillie is the biggest headbonker here. She bonks Mom then turns her head and rubs Mom with her cheek :)
