Tanya is Better

The stitches are healing beautifully. Even the fur at the shaved area has started growing.

Tanya has now accepted that E-collar and this is how she sleeps with it.

She has gotten so used to it that she is getting rather naughty prancing about racing round the house.

Here Tanya disturbed Cinders' beauty sleep and received a threatening piercing glare which promptly sent Tanya off.

Then she was caught trying to pry open the cupboard door.

This was the look of a guilty face after EJ gave her a telling off...

...and she went to the front door to sulk.

  1. Oh, Tanya, you are so funny, terrorizing the other cats with your purple collar. Soon it will be time for it to come off, and you'll really miss it!!

  9. We're delighted that Tanya is healing well - we know she will be pleased to get her cone off so she can have a nose into corners and behind things again!
Thank you for wishing Lucy well - we just need for her to eat a little more but she is playing and being a little bit naughty today so that is an improvement.

  18. Tanya, you are so cute. My Marshellow likes to open cupboards too. You have certainly learned to maneuver yourself with that collar on.

  21. Good to her things went well for Tanya and that 'lump' will not bother her anymore :) She is not letting that cone bother her at all, but it also does not help her open doors!! hahaha

  25. Aw, those collars stink!! Our Mom was threatening Simon with one a few months ago when he wouldn't stop scratching the wounds on his back.

Tanya, you look like you're handling that collar very well & your leg looks great!! We hope you aren't in too much pain & that you'll be back to 100% health in no time!!
